Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific hotels, safari permits and services booked for your itinerary, as many of these carry their own supplier-specific cancellation terms (particularly wildlife safari permits, which are often non-refundable once booked).
No cancellation charges apply before you confirm and pay for a booking — enquiries and quotations are free and without obligation.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation terms and any applicable charges will be communicated to you in writing at the time of booking confirmation, based on the specific suppliers involved in your itinerary.
Where a refund is due, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible, net of any non-refundable supplier costs already incurred on your behalf.
